Open text file database in my website

Hello, I would like tips on how to create a text file database that will open up in my website. I would like to update the database by adding more files at a later date.

I understand that I could link each individual file to a html page. This action will cause some delay since I intend to add new files every other day.

Any ideas will be most helpful. Thanks.

WHy not create a form to upload the file into the directory you are storing them in, and also, add the link to the html page, all in one swipe.
