Hi all,

I'm new so apologies if I am breaking any rules. I am currently a reporting analyst that is trying to report off Open Text content server.

I have connected to the SQL Server db and have browsed in OTCS db. I've found some useful audit info but it still doesn't make much sense.

Does anyone have any ERD's or useful tables to use especially relationships etc?

For example I have a PerformerID but where do I go to find out who the actual person is that's logged in?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
TG

Its not considered proper etiquette to discuss OT's Proprietary table info however a lot of people here do.If you have an account in knowledge.opentext.com you have the Live Reports Discussions area
where this info is found. Most maintenance paying customers have access to the site for free as well OT will give you what you asked for after executing an NDA.

Your question is very easy so I will give clues there's a <usertable> that has user & group info if you join that you will get what you want.

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?

Hi appnair,

Thank you. It's strange that I can't see that table. I'll speak to DBA's to check my permissions.

I'll also see if I can get access to the live reports discussion area

Thanks!

As posted above, the LiveReports forum can be found at also OpenText can provide a schema for you, once your firm has an NDA, and there is also a supporting doc for the schema that can be found at OpenText also provide a training course on the schema as well, you can find details on their site.
