Open stage 15 firmware

I am looking into getting my hands on the last SIP firmware for OpenStage 15 phone. At this point I have V2 R0.57.1 HFA 110503
We want to deploy a solution from Digium, and I was unable to find and firmware update over the web.
P.S. The links on the previous similar threads are dead
