Greets, I am currently attempting to launch "openswproject", which is essentially a collective of developers and designers who are willing pool ideas and lingo code to create all kinds of constantly evolving game engines and components. The aim is simply to try and allow projects within the group to grow in ways they would not otherwise with the input of a single person. i know that personally if i work in a team of people one some one else's project im going to get bored very quickly, but if I'm working with a team of people on a project which doesn't belong to anybody, and which can be taken in any new and multiple directions anybody feels like, thats a different story.
Anybody is welcome, lingo experience/skill not important. Designers welcome.

email me at onfu@ihug.com.au if your interested.

thanks.
