open source ERP solutions?

It depends on your defintition of open source. all the Oracle code is visable in the table all_source, Oracle 9.x cam with the forms and reports in source as well. I never found them in Oracle 10.x, but a great deal of it was in PL/SQL and very modifiable. They gave you all the table layouts and procedure calls.
Now, if you just meant 'free', no. I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

the other downside to Oracle's ERP as an open source project, they never want your imporvements back I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
