Open Source Ciscoworks Alike

Good afternoon to you all

I was wondering if, for those of you who have used Ciscoworks before, anyone know of a similar open source application for linux that "replicates" ciscoworks device manager´s CiscoView.

I want some kind of graphical interface that by SNMP discovery, gives me a graphical representation of Cisco equipments and the status of it´s ports (I don´t need any other of Ciscoworks features...just the graphical representation of Cisco equipments and it´s ports).
