Hi, is there any open source or free call loggers for Mitel ICP 3300 v8?

Thanks
Kenny

how about telnet? You can view SMDR log using telnet. It is also available through FTP download. OPS manager can download logs for you as well. Telnet and FTP are free...
The format is described in the help system and presented as fixed fields which can be imported to any database for storage or further processing.

Hi, i need to do call billing back to the business based on dept etc. I do have 6110 but its not suitable for this.

Thanks

Kenny

Normally this will cost a couple of thousends at least. Thelecom world is expencive. You can hire someone to build this kind of application amd make it available for public. If you would post your requirements I may consider building some sort of simple parser with a database backend. Which platform do you prefer and what kind of user inteface you are looking for?

When you say you have a 6110 and it is not suitable, is that a 6110 with the Call accounting optional software?

I had a meeting with mitel/prariefyre the other day and the product isnt ready for the UK/Europe market.. I beleive they are trialling this in a few sites.
