I have a database where in permissions the open\run box is grayed out so I can't change it, even though I am the creator and in the admin group.

Open\Run Permission

Sounds like the Admins group doesn't have privs to open/run then.
OPen the db as an account that belongs to the Admins group.
Select Tools, Security, User and Group Permissions.
Select the Groups radio button and highlight the Admins group.
Select Database in the Object type combo-box.
Ensure "Open/Run" is checked.
Click OK.

The Open\Run option is grayed out in all permissions(admin, users, different users, etc.). Woukld this have anything to do that I imported the data from another database?
