when i reset a pix 506 with write erase and a reload, after i configerd a new ip address and run a portscan the ports 110 and 25 are open (i use haktek and gfi languard for portscanning). the ios version is 5.2(6). is there a command for a complete reset to factory setings?

HI.
I guess that these are the factory defaults, and that the pix mail guard is responding as a proxy to these ports, to protect the server and filter the application layer commands.
It might be a different technique in newer versions.
You can try this to disable it, but if you're going to have an internal mail server (or mail relay) then I suggest not to disable the fixup:
no fixup protocol smtp 25
I don't know about port 110...
