Open Port 5900

I am trying to open up port 5900 on my freinds Belkin 802.11g

It has an option to configure virtual servers,

his inside IP address is 192.168.3.2... I enabled TCP port 5900 to that IP address, but it doesnt work?

Any help is appreciated

Perhaps you'd be better served finding a more appropriate forum?

perhaps people could be a little more helpful rather than pointing out petty mistakes.
