Open out LS trunk

I have a customer who use LS trunk for incoming call only.

He needs to know immediatly if one of the trunk is open out. Is there a way to have an alarm or identification if the -52v signal is not present on the circuit of the LS trunk card?

The system is a 3300 MCD 4.2.

Use the Resource command and PLID of trunk from the maintenance commands
