Open Office 2.1 AND Windows XP Pro 64 bit

When I try to install the program an error box appears and says "OpenOfficeInstalwJRE.exe is valid.but is for a machine type other than the current machine"
I am running WinXP Pro 64bit.
I even tried setting the program compatability to winxp & windows 2000 but still get the same message.

Any help will be appreciated.
