Open New Forms Without It Appearing In The Taskbar

How would you open up a form without it appearing in the taskbar? It can be really annoying!

on the menu bar open

tools > options

uncheck windows in taskbar

my, my, my. Easy as that was it? I must be stupid. I can write queries the equivalent of entire a4 sheets but couldn't for the life in me work out this one!!!
