Open mail merge word doc in access

I have a Access DB that I use for my mail merge documents. I have it this way because there are times where the letters must be edited. Is there any way that these mail merge letters could be opened thru a switchboard in access or a easy way to convert these letters to access reports that I can open on a switchboard

If you just want to open the documents in Word, you can use hyperlinks on a form or table. If you wish to run a mailmerge from Access, you will find lots of posts and FAQs in:
