Open License Agreement

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to obtain an "Open License Agreement" for Office 2000 (SR1a)?

And if so, what's the process involved?

I have many users that need to upgrade to Office 2K from 97, however none have a CD so we need to purchase licenses if possible.

Thanks I just might do that. Microsoft suggested going through CompUSA, Office Depot and the like.
