Open form in datasheet view 1

Why will my form not open in datasheet view when I use the openform command? The default view of the form is datasheet, but it always opens in single form. Please help.

Try using the acformds as view arguement:

[tt]docmd.openform "yourform",acFormDS[/tt]

that worked perfect. I am not familiar with this command. I had tried them all, but this one. What does DS stand for (please don't tell me datasheet).

Since you ask, I don't know, but I've kind of assumed it was DataSheet;-)
