Open files list on an NT Server

I need to be able to list the open files on an NT server similar to the In Use option in server manager.

I can find the files open on my machine, I can find all the machines in the domain and I can find all the users in the domain. I just can't find the files open on any of the machines in the domain.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
