Open Files Agent does not work - ARCserve 11.1 SP2

Caus of problems with ARCserve on a Server with Windows Server 2003 SP2 I have completely deinstalled ARCserve
and installed again version 11.1 SP2 (Build 3200)

Installation succeeded without any error messages

My local Backup Agent for Open files does not work:
Open files will not be backuped.
The service is started, but no activity is displayed on the console during backup and no entries in the log file for the backup appears.
It seems that Backup Agent for Open files will be ignored by the backup job.

The only indication for the problem I found:

error message in the "event log - application"
when starting the service "CA Backup Agent for Open Files"
Event Type: Error
Event Source: OpenFileAgent
Event ID: 36
Description: Exception 0x0000007F occurred in function LoadLibrary on aslog.dll.

Try restarting the server, if that does not do it try disabling file system drivers such as virus scan. This is just to see if it is a conflict and not a work around.
