Open file option

We had a remote server that was backing up with no problems. We increased the memory in the server and now we get the message that it doesn't have enough resources to launch opem file option. Any clue how to resolve this?

You can try to reconfigure the OFO by using the wizard.

If you are using Exec v8.6 try applying HotFix 12 from Veritas

Tried reconfiguring the OFO and the backup still failed athough if you look at the log file, it did backup all the servers, just fails because of the OFO. Found a technote how to manually determine the volume size for OFO and will try that next. Looked at the hotfix 12 and I'd rather not try it at this time since the other backups are running ok, just having a problem with this one server.
