Open file agent for netware

I am currently running ARCserve V9.1 on a Windows 2000 server box backing up Netware 6 boxes. I have installed the open file console on the backup server and gone through the login and install onto the desired Netware box. On the Netware server I have loaded ofa and it is running.

However when backing up the server it is still saying that it cannot open the file to back it up. Do I need to set up groups inorder to make this work... and if so, how woudl i do that for a netware server?

Any sugesstions?

Groups are only needed when you want a specific set of files synced together.

Check the OFA log.
