Open Designed Form in Another Folder

simple question - How do I create a new record (i.e an item using a designed form based on the Contact Form)from a CommandButton but create it in another folder I specify.

Another way of putting the question: I can't work out the code to switch to a specified sub-folder (in a public folder) then create a new record using a non-default form.

Any ideas?
