I have an issue with Windows NT 4.0 (SP6) opening Groupwise attachment. Everytime the user doubleclick on the attachment she gets this error "cannot open c:\temp\filename.xls make sure the path is correct...".
make a copy of the users profile. Make a new profile and see if the error still occurs. If not try to copy the old profile to the new one. We had some luck with this before. W2K, the error went away for good.
