I refer to a post of 9 May 2001 which Kathryn answered. Unfortunately due to other commitments, I haven't got back to it until now.
I looked up the help files but I wasn't able to adapt the example given to what I think I want (stupid me probably).
The only code I have in the frmClient Open Form is to set the focus to the Client's name. As the form opens when triggered from the "Not in list" from the Invoice form, it creates a new record but as I mentioned in the previous post, the user has to retype it.
A really good example of OpenArgs from the frmClient side would be a tremedous help.
