Open a Word document from Access

Does anyone know if it is possible to open up different Word documents depending on the option selected in a combo box?

I have two Word forms, one for Improvement notes (Green)and one for Non-Conformances (Red). I want the Improvement Note one to open when "Improvement Note" is selected from the combo box and Non-Conformance one to open when I select "Non-Conformity". At present they are working OK from the individual Access forms but we would like to combine them.

Any help would be appreciated
