Open a web Page inoutlook

Hello,
I would like a custom button to open a specific web page in outlook(Like it does when you choose a favourite)
Currently I have edited the home button to go to the web page but it opens it in a new window.
I want it to open in the outlook itself.
I am using outlook 2003

Heres an option for you. In the left pane which lists all of your folders, right-click Personal Folders and select New Folder. Name the Folder whatever you would like. After the folder is created, find it in the list and right-click the folder to select Properties. Select the Home Page tab on the Web Page Properties. Enter the desired web page address and select the 'Show home page by default for this folder' option. Now whenever you click on this folder the web page will be opened in Outlook.

Sorry, just noticed this and didn't want to confuse you. Where I said "Web Page Properties", this should be folder properties. This would be the properties for whatever you named the folder. I just happened to name my folder 'Web Page' and I was looking at that when was typing my reply.
