Open a Physical Drive

I want to get all bytes of a physical Drive.
I have tried with DeviceIOControl but I donnot do nothing.
with the sentence Open "\\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0" For Input As #ff
i get only the first sector of my disk.
Can you help me??
