Open a new window with a defined size and No add. bar top

Hi, I have been trying to figure out a solution to my site problem. On my site I have a portfolio swf. Under each sample in the movie I want a launch button to activate a popup window with a closer look at the sample. I would like that same button on different frames to activate different frames in the popup window. Which would mean it would jump to the desired sample. Ive seen this done in other portfolio sites. Cant figure it out. It seems the openwindow code would only be effective for a single button not the button I would have to have.
