Open a .mdb from .bat file (not exclusive)

Access97

Im scheduling a .mdb to run overnight using an AT Command the problem is that when the .mdb fails 'admin' is seen as locking my .mdb out, any ideas as to how I can stop this from happening (Im do not have admin privs)?
