Open a hyperlinked report in new browser window from within a browser

I am using CR 8.5 to develop reports, which I then "publish" to CE 8.0. This is working fine. On a report, I created a hyperlink so that when the user clicks on the Item Number, it opens up a report that displays a graph of all activity for the last 10 days. This works fine.

The problem is that instead of the report opening in a new browser window, it opens in the same window. How do I force the report to open in a new browser window?

The urls that I use are:

To the main report:
domainname.com/viewrpt.cwr?id=xxx&apsuser=userid&apsauthtype=secEnterprise&init=html_frame

to the activity report from the main report:

http://www.domain.com/viewrpt.cwr?i...e=secEnterprise&init=html_page&prompt0="
