Open a DTS package in "Package Designer" 1

in SQL Server version 7
I found in the Books-on-line a few DTS samples in a zipped file. I unzipped them on the Crive. They are files that end in a .dts extension.
How do I load these in the DTS Package Designer to see them?
There is no Load or Open command.
Just Save and Save AS.

I'm using SQL 2000 so this may not be the same, but I thought I'd see if it helps.

In 2k, if you right click on Data Transformation Service there is an Open option. I use this and it opens the .dts file in designer.

right-click the "Data Transformation Services" label in EM, then select Open...

I have to click "All Tasks"
then
"Open Package"
On the DTS part itself
If you are in the view where the DTS pacakges show in the list this option is not available
