Open a Custom Outlook form from VC++ MFC Application

i have a custom created outlook form..

i want to open that from my mfc application...

is that possible and if it is, please guide me with a few tips....

you should use COM

you mean to say i should create an outlook form as a COM component and call that from my application?

No, use Outlook as a COM component. You will not be able to show outlook forms wihout creating an instance of Outlook.
