if the mail is in the the telefonos i200x, make sure EEST = YES - PRT FTR in LD21, LD15 to change.
if the mail is in the Opt11, make sure the telefonos i200x is sending DTMF tones over the link. You could test by calling someone & pressing a few keys.

also try ** or # before the options, two timers to think about, eod (end of dial) and idt (inter digit timer) they both have to expire before you can transmit digits to a remote user, prt one of your itg route/trunks here if we can help
