OPB3 UPGRADE FILE

please advise ....
i need mistake update opb3 card with older upgrade file and now cannot inservice card
when try ins say "card obstacle" so need latest version upgrade file for that .
card version 5.1

If the card light is red you may just need to delete the card and take it out.
Put back in the card and see if it comes back into service

If it does then you can upgrade it again

If there is no light on the card you will have to send off for repair
