I have a new PRI that i cant get to come up. Looks like the D channel will just not come up. Suppose to be Ni-2 I have prtocol as B , but have tried a also.

Check your d-channel protocol in the ds1 board-does it match your trunk and signal group?

Who is the service provider of the PRI?
Depending on the provider I've found with NI 2, the DS1 Board and Sig Group are set at protocol B and the Trunk Group is almost always protocol A.
Sometimes the Sig Group can also be protocol A. If the DS1 is 1B and Sig Group is A, SSA selects Bellcore Supplementary services; Sig Group Protocol B = IS0 QSIG.

(also make sure the trunk group for channel selection is shown on the signalling group)

I will give that a try. Setting board to B, Sig to B and Trunk group supplementary to a and see what happens. Its a local lec to our area and i have three of their T's already up and running and one is in the same trunk group. They are all FAS though
