Does anybody know of a form of notation (like flow diagrams, I guess) that you can use effectively for object oriented programming?
I love C++, but the more ambitious I get, the harder it is to plan classes & their interactions effectively.
Or is this something you just have to weather until your brain clicks a certain way?

If anybody can tell me of a good design system, I'll build a shrine to them & worship at it!

Douglas. If it don't make you laugh, it ain't true.

search the Object Oriented analysis & design forum and also software engineering institute (SEI):cmm/cmmi

u should find some info there.

good luck

Thanks alot, man - I found some nice pointers in both places - even a reference to diagrams (which I figure could be handy)!

Cheers, Douglas JL If it don't make you laugh, it ain't true.
