I am doing a paper on OODB vs RDB and would like some input on what I should cover in this paper. The paper will be read by management of organizations to help decide which database management system to use. So far this is what I have:

Normalization rules for RDB and OODB.

One other thought. You may also want to include project life cycle/time issues as part of the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages.
