oo7 MLM cutting callers off 1

Have any of you come across a 007 MLM cutting off callers leaving vms? If yes, what seemed to be the problem? All other aspects of the vm seem to be working fine.

Could be the mail box class of service - some classes only allow 2 minutes of storage per incomming message - so check the mail box class of service first. Is it happening to all mail boxes - or only some. Is it only long messages that are cut-off or even short ones. If only some - class of service may be your culprit. If it is happening on all mail boxes - then there may other issues with the voicemail system itself. The software/hardware may not be working properly or some software may have become corrupted.

I always just go ahead and set them up for CLASS OF SERVICE 10.

I have never had an issue with "MAILBOX FULL", but, as TOM says, you could have some CORRUPTION.
