ONYX VS Ringing

During the day I have several extensions that have line appearance and ringing...Extension 300 is DTD to voice mail...after so many rings it doesnt go into the auto attendant greeting....is there a solution for all the phones appearing and ringing after a certian time to overflow to the voice-mail?Such as an "trunk overflow

no, secondary forwarding is set level.. in most systems you have an option to send unanswered did's to mial, that is a system param (usually) not a trunk option..

you can get a forward no answer at a trunk level from the provider, if your mail has a did that would work, set the rna param out to 6 or 7 rings then have the provider re-present the call to the did.. the only problem i could see with that is the caller would go to a general del mb, a menu service to express mail might help
