Ontrack System Suite 4 and XP

Having many problems with this, as per my last thread. I have a promise raid 0 setup (2x40G) and the drive utilities on the System Suite 4 do not work. On the surface I would think, Duhh, the program will not handle raid.. Then i think that the program should only see one drive. The promise chip should handle all of the translation of data on 2 drives.. Does this make sense?? Should the drive utilities run on a raid enabled system? or not?
