Onsite Notification

Can I setup onsite notification by dialing 9-911 instead of 911? Right now switch is setup to notify the security when 911 and 9-911 is dialed. I would like to set 911 to give a fast busy instead of sending the calls out.

I played around with it, but with no luck.

I had to place a recording when someone dialed 911 that told them they had to hang up and dial 9,911 to prevent a liability issue. In an emergency a caller could get the fast busy and think the lines are down and give up. CYA

Make an ACD Queue 911 and NCFW to 9911.
