Hi
We have 8 servers and a user data of 300GB. Iam planning to implement a onsite backup. I was looking at backupassist software
to install on one of our server and point all the servers to backup to the 8TB NAS box.

But only disadvantage of backup assist is that it doesn’t backup the system status of the servers along with the daily backup through the backup assist software. Backup assist says that I need to do the system status of each server through NT backup separately pointing to NAS. There is an option with backup assist to backup system status also but i need to have individual licence for all 8 servers which will be very expensive. if this is not affordable backup assist says that i need to backup the system status of each server seperately through NT backup. Will this cause any problems during restoration point of view during server any failures. Any sugessions appreciated.

Is there any software which can do the system status as well along with the backups. Is this plan of onsite backup looking any good
Thanks
