ONmouse over and ONmouse off

Trying to write some code, for when you put the mouse over a button, it trips a image(jpg) in a specfic location. ONMouse out, it trips a blank.

Pertinent code would help, so here goes a guess. Did you specify the out image? picOut=out_pic.jpg, call it onMouseout
