Hi

I have a report that lists all Despatch information.

The report is grouped by JourneyNumber and one Journey number as a drop sequence. Also each Journey also as a Number of stops column (this identifies unique addresses)

So I could have

The No of Stops shows 2 as there are 2 different Post codes. In this case I only want to sum the first 2 and not 2 + 2.

I could have many Journeys so need a sum of all Stops but only summing the first one of each journey number.

Any ideas please.

Thanks

One method would be to insert a running total in the journey number group footer which sums No of Stops and evaluates on change of the journey number group. Reset never.
