only some emails are not saved in Send Items (outlook xp)

Hi,

There is one user who sent a few emails to a person, but cannot find it in the sent items. Email is delivered and she replied, but just not saved in sent items. Other emails are fine.

He didn't setup any filter, rules, auto-archive..etc
I searched the mailbox, it is not there. What could possibly happen?
