I have computers with two monitors and when I login through PCA 11.0 I am only able to see a single screen not both.

This sounds like a limitation of PCA 11.0. Have you checked Symantec's support site to see if multiple monitors are supported using PCA?

Aha, found this on Symantec's support site:

"Multiple monitor support is for the host only. This means that when you connect to a pcAnywhere 11 multi-monitor host from a remote, you only see the host computer display on the remote's primary monitor regardless of the number of monitors connected to the remote computer."

Looks like it doesn't work the way you would like.
