Only Remote Execute and Ping Test Availabe

Finally got Remote Tools enabled by using rcsvcs on the system (have yet to find the cause of this ... just trying to complete the troubleshooting process) and SMS sees the client, can access Remote Tools but the only buttons enabled are Remote Execute and Ping Test. Remote Control, chat, etc are grayed out.

Any ideas?
