Only receive voice mail from inside

Is there a way to restrict a mailbox so that it can only receive voice mails from internal people? I looked at the community id's but I don't see where you can assign one to external callers. Is there another way? MM 5.2, MAS & MSS
 
In the coverage path in CM you can decide if it would apply to internal or external callers, and whether it was no answer/busy etc.
If outside callers don't have direct access to the voicemail pilot to key in a mailbox number, that might do it.
 
Do the users you want to restrict have a DID number or just one that is only accessible from a AA or real attendant ?

Hi Ken, the users do have a DID number.
 
Then the coverage path would be the best way to go at this point in time.
