Hello. I want to be able to set something up so only people in the domain can access the internet. How can I do that? thanks!

Is there any way besides buying a filter? like maybe a group policy? thanks!

wait! that didnt make sense! cause the people outside in the domain cannot have policies applied to them. Any other way?!

The only option I know of would be to implement a proxy server that requires your browser to have the proxy settings. Then you could implement group policy to set the proxy settings and hide the connections tab. That way they would never be able to look at the proxy settings and just copy them into their browser on the unauthorized pc. As far as a proxy server you could look into squid. It is open source so you would just need a pc to run it on. Hope this helps. I know it isn't exactly the answer you were hoping for but it is a cheap alternative.
