I am in the 712 area code and only part of it is local in my city. As a result, some outgoing calls are long distance. The problem is that if someone doesn't know better they dial the area code for a local call and then I get charged for the call because it's going out my dedicated long distance T1. What would I need to do in my ARS table to exclude certain exchanges from going out LD? for example 712-362 is long distance, but 712-389 is local.
Thanks!

customize your ARS table and strip out the area code in your route patterns so that calls route how you want them. You can also use ARS digit conversion.
