Only one internal call

Hi all,
In my system (IP Office 8.0.53) I have the recepionist user that I have activated for her the two options of the hold call under the telephonie tab in oreder to recieve more than one call, but now my problem is I want her to recieve only one internal (from a local user) call and more than one external calls.

Actually you can use a priority call.
This will rule over the "reserve last CA"
It is a shortcode so no extension dialing.

How would a priority call allow only one internal call, but multiple external calls?
